To enter your period in the app, select the relevant day in the calendar and then click on the (+) symbol. If you do not select a specific day, your entries for today will be noted. You can track various things here, including your period.
There are three input options under "Period": Light, Medium and Heavy. You can use these three options to record your period strength.
The "Spotting" option has been renamed "Intermenstrual bleeding" with the new update and can now be found under "Symptoms". "Intermenstrual bleeding" does not trigger a new cycle calculation and is therefore not counted as a period.
