Can I cancel an order?

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days from acceptance of the package. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (eg via e-mail, letter) about your decision. The unopened package must be returned to us immediately. The costs for the return are to be paid by you.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund you using the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction.
